19th March 2026

World Book Day

We had a lovely time celebrating World Book Day at Castle Garden, with fabulous costumes, a visit from an author and a book themed scavenger hunt. Eleanor Pulze was our guest author and she got to share her amazing book ‘Foster Care for Florence and Bear’ which the children all loved hearing and reading. Eleanor went round to each class to read her book and to see the costumes the pupils had chosen for world book day. We had characters like Bluey, Alice in Wonderland, The Stick Man and The Lorax. It was a fabulous opportunity to share our love of reading!
